Burning Bush Baptist Ministries is an independent Baptist Ministry designed to reach Jewish people, through the local church. We do this through personal evangelism training and special services that would appeal to Jewish audiences. A few examples of what our special services would include are Christ in the Passover demonstrations, Honor Israel banquets and special evangelical services.
We are a non-profit ministry, therefore we seek to fulfill God’s plan through the generosity of God’s people in local New Testament churches. We are happy to assist in churches with training seminars on Jewish outreach and evangelism. We also look forward to and enjoy speaking in mission conferences, as well as, speaking in regularly scheduled church services and revival meetings. |
Testimony of Brother David A. Paskal I was serving in the United States navy when I began to search for a lasting joy and peace. I remember thinking one day that I had tried everything I could to reach this peace yet, regardless of all my attempts my heart continued to feel empty. That same day a fellow sailor hand me a gospel tract. It was then that I realized I had tried everything except God. Was it by coincidence I received the literature? I do not believe so. The following Sunday, I attended the Gateway Baptist church of Virginia, Beach Virginia; the Gospel tract had come from this church. Pastor Dale Burden preached that morning and said, “ if your not 100% sure that if you were to die today you would be on your way to Heaven, raise your hand”. With my eyes closed and hand raised, I thought no one can truly know for sure that when they would die, heaven would be their home, just then my thoughts were interrupted by the preacher as he said, “ come sailor boy you need Jesus! I then let go of the pew and proceeded to the alter where I was met with an open Bible. After being led through several scriptures, I called upon Christ that day to come into my heart, and to be my personal Saviour at the age of 19, on September 13th 1986. I remember after being born again gazing into the bright blue sky and having a sense that my burdens had been lifted and that a great personal peace and joy had filled my heart. I exclaimed, “This is so great! I cannot wait to share this with my Jewish family what Jesus had done for me!” Although it has been several years since that great day, I have never gotten over that great peace and completeness that remains present in my life through Christ Jesus my Lord. It is there for my continual desire to speak of Him to others and make Him known.
