| David A. Paskal (631) 277-6874 | Mission Statement
We believe in following the great commission of: Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel” (Mark 16:15-16). We believe in going “to the Jew first,” according to Romans 1:16. Just like Paul in Romans 10:1, our heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. “ We believe in teaching and equipping the local church on how to reach Jewish People through Jewish emphasis. |
Mission Statement of Faith 1. We believe the Holy Scriptures consist of the Old testament and the New testament. It is the only infallible, inerrent, and inspired Word of God in the original languages. We recognize that they are the supreme and final authority in matters of faith and practice. 2Tim 3:15-17 2. We believe in one triune God. The Bible teaches the one triune Godhead, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. A composite unity, eternally existent in plural oneness. - Deut. 6:4-5, Matt. 28:19, & 1John 5:7
3. We believe in the deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ. - Matt. 1:23
4. We believe that man was created in the image of God. By Adam's sin, the human race fell and became separated from God. All men are born with a sinful nature, and have no ability and/or remedy to save themselves. - Gen. 1:27 & Rom. 3:23; 5:1 2-19
5. We believe that salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Salvation is only accomplished by Christ's righteousness and atoning blood, through his death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation has always been by faith, and that works have never saved anyone. - Acts 16:31 & Eph. 2:8-10
6. We believe the Bible teaches us that once redeemed we are kept by the power and grace of God, eternally secure in Christ. - John 6:37-40
7. Heaven is a place that Jesus Christ has prepared for his own, and Hell is a place prepared for the devil and his angels. We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved in Heaven, and the eternal punishment of the lost in Hell. - Luke 16:19-31, John 14:1-3, & Rev. 3:12; 20:14-15; 21:4
8. We believe that the local church is composed of both Jews and Gentiles who have received Jesus Christ as the promised redeemer. Each local church is to be independent and autonomous and free from political authority and ecclesiastical hierarchy, Jesus being the only head. - Acts 2:47 & 1Cor. 12:12-14
9. We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulation rapture of the church. We believe in the pre-millenial bodily return of Jesus Christ to the Earth. - Dan. 12:2, Matt. 25:46, 2Thes. 2:1-12 |
